RESOLUTION FOR THE CREATION OF THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, to ensure the future development of the Village of Chenequa (“Village”) reflects the perspectives, interests, and desires of the residents of the Village, the Village Board desires to create an accessory structure advisory committee (“Committee”), comprised of seven (7) voting members consisting of one (1) Village Board member, one (1) Village Plan Commission member, and five (5) Village members, all of whom must own property in the Village, and two (2) non-voting members, namely the Village Zoning Administrator or designee and the Village Building Inspector or designee.
