    RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECEIPT OF THE AUDIT CONDUCTED BY REILLY, PENNER & BENTON LLP OF THE VILLAGE OF CHENEQUA’S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2022

    WHEREAS, the Village of Chenequa retained the firm of Reilly, Penner & Benton LLP to perform an audit of the financial statements of the Village of Chenequa for the year ending December 31, 2022;
