RESOLUTION APPROVING THAT CERTAIN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF CHENEQUA AND WAUKESHA COUNTY
WHEREAS, Waukesha County – Department of Parks and Land Use (“County”) serves as a “Responsible Unit” for recycling under Chapter 287 Wisconsin Statutes for twenty-five (25) participating communities, including the Village of Chenequa (“Village”);
WHEREAS, the County and participating communities convened a Recycling Dividend Workgroup to discuss financial support for municipal recycling costs.
