The Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Chenequa, Wisconsin, does hereby ordain and adopt amended Section 1.05(2)(b) relating to the regular meeting times of the Village Board of Trustees. In accordance with Wisconsin Statutes §66.0103, the following is created and adopted:
1.05 BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
(2) BY-LAWS.
(b) Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees shall be held on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. or immediately following adjournment of the Village Plan Commission. If such day falls on a holiday, the regular meeting for that month shall be held on the following Monday at the same time. No notice to members of the Board shall be required for regular meetings.
