Village Trustees adopted Ordinance No. 2019-03-11-03 and Ordinance Nos: 2019-03-11-03(a) thru (g) on March 11, 2019. This ordinance amends and restates Chapter 3 of the Village Code by amending and restating Chapter 3 of the Village Code pertaining to land in order to update references and to make Chapter 3 more usable for members of the public and Village staff. Also, certain sections of Chapter 3 were repealed and recreated in order to update various terms, definitions and requirements as well as to relocate those sections to more appropriate Chapters of the Code.
