RESOLUTION RELATIVE TO THE FINDING OF A PUBLIC NUISANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE EXISTENCE OF OAK WILT UPON CERTAIN PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE OF CHENEQUA AND ORDERING ABATEMENT OF SUCH PUBLIC NUISANCE
WHEREAS, on October 9, 2023, the Village Board of the Village of Chenequa received a memorandum from the Village Foresters addressing the existence of Oak Wilt in 50 trees which are located on the properties listed on Attachment A.
