RESOLUTION UPDATING FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, the Village of Chenequa (“Village”) Board finds that it is desirable to update the current Village Fee Schedule in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A to meet the needs of its residents and businesses with respect to residential, commercial, and mechanical permits issued relating to construction and renewal of such permits, to cover the costs incurred by the Village from its independent inspection service and its own administrative costs, and to cover other services provided and expenses incurred by the Village.
