    AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND

    SECTION 5.25(2) OF THE VILLAGE CODE

    REGARDING PERMISSABLE TIMING OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES

    WHEREAS, Section 5.25 (2) of the Village Code regulates the permissible time of performance of certain outdoor construction activities within the Village of Chenequa.
