RESOLUTION APPROVING NAME CHANGE OF “BRUMDER DRIVE” TO BRUMDER ROAD”
WHEREAS, a private road in the Village located between Kettle Moraine Scenic Drive, also known as County Highway K and Oakland Road, is presently named “Brumder Drive”; and
WHEREAS, the Village residents living on Brumder Drive have unanimously agreed to change the name of the private road to “Brumder Road”; and
WHEREAS, the Village Board wishes to approve the name change of such private road from “Brumder Drive” to “Brumder Road”.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Board hereby approves the name change of the private road located between Kettle Moraine Scenic Drive and Oakland Road from “Brumder Drive” to “Brumder Road”.
