On Monday, April 9, 2018, the Village Board did ordain and adopt an amended and restated Chapter 4 of the Village Code pertaining to Lakes in order to separate the various lakes in the Village into different sections of Chapter 4 and to facilitate joint jurisdiction with the Town of Merton over Beaver Lake and North Lake.
